About the Role
This position will need to be able to manage projects, manage teams to deploy projects working with customers. Senior Account Executive will have opportunities to meet and work directly with leaders from C-Level of brands, implement branding and communication projects, play an important role in coordinating and implementing the projects.
Execution and administration of projects after pitching wins. Work directly with customers to implement projects, ensure the campaign is executed according to the set plan, and achieve the campaign's goals.
Guide and train team members in project management skills, improve professional capacity.
Maintain relationships with customers, take care and promptly respond to project requirements, and advise customers on the best solutions.
Manage project finance, control project costs and cash flow.
Understanding of marketing/branding/communication, 3-5 years of experience in related fields.
Able to communicate in English and work with foreign partners

Proficient in office tools
Ability to manage projects, ability to lead, manage & coordinate the team.
Have good communication skills, time management skills, and problem solving
Good presentation skills, negotiation and persuasion skills
Fixed salary: 12,000,000 – 16,000,000 VND/month depending on capacity.
