Job requirements

  • Working directly with customers, finding customer needs; contributing to the improvement of business product/service packages by meeting or anticipating customer needs, receiving required information from customers, and working with internal teams to meet customer needs.

  • Understand and effectively implement the process of approaching customers, consulting services, closing deals, and supporting the execution of tasks for customers, giving reliable feedback after sales and exploitation, and taking care of old customers.

  • Participate in consulting communication/marketing and brand activities to customers with an appropriate budget.

  • Agreement to sign contracts, manage the project and coordinate the project when implementing to ensure the plan is on track.

  • Lead the team to implement and complete the project.


Competency Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in marketing communication (mix) and branding (and branding campaigns)

  • Experience in the branding department of companies or agencies on branding/Branding Communication are preferred.

  • Able to communicate in English and work with foreign partners.

  • Deliverables mindset, business mindset, customer service mindset, open mindset

  • Proficient in office tools - Able to work in a high pressure environment.

  • Negotiation and persuasion skills, good-looking appearance.

  • Able to manage project, leadership, team management, multitasks


Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills:

  • Possessing communication skills, problem solving, teamwork as well as independence.

  • Work and time management.

  • Presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Prior experience working in agencies is preferred.
