About the Role
As Senior Strategic Planner you’re responsible for creating the effective communication strategies for the communication campaigns of brands within interstellar’s client portfolio. This includes targeting the right audience, as well as setting the tone and message of the campaign. Specifically, you will manage a project team to combine market data, qualitative research and product knowledge in a brief that enables the creative team to produce ideas that will convince customers. Furthermore, you will participate in selling the strategy and pitching the ideas to clients.
1. Communication Planning & Strategy:
Independently handle projects & deliver good strategic approaches from A to Z (research, strategy development, outcome delivery).
Participate in and manage multiple projects at the same time.
Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies from key findings of research results, from the market situation, market trends, competitors to the key audience of the clients.
Create whatever-that-work solution for client briefs which align & contribute to meet their business objectives.
Communicate and work with other departments within the agency, such as creatives and project managers, and outsourcing partners (if needed) in the process of developing a proposal.
Coordinate with Client Service team, Creative team to develop communication proposals and participate in important meetings with clients (presentation days) to get approval from client for strategy approach & creative ideas.
Work with Client Service to identify opportunities to offer more services for current clients (upsell - if possible)
2. Directly work & consult for clients:
Analyze client brief by understanding client’s needs, identifying business objectives, challenges & opportunities to tap into insightful issues.
Guaranteed final results meet client’s expectation & deliverables.
3. Leadership & Team development:
Responsible for constructing and delivering high quality, accurate, on-time performance management & guide project team members.
Manage team resources & work load to work effectively and deliver multi projects at the same time.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communication, Journalism, Business Administration.
3+ years of strategy planning experience in relevant digital, IMC and creative agencies – consulting, Client-side and media experience will also be a consideration.
Strong analytical & logical skills, creative problem solving, both on a conceptual level in defining the strategic vision and a practical level in handling planning and operational considerations.
Deep understanding about communication/branding, digital marketing & social media platforms.
Can-Do and Deliverables mindset.
Strong communication skills including written, oral, and presentation skills.
Pay attention to detail and accuracy
Good command of English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and result-driven environment.
Proficient in office tools, especially creating presentation slides.
Income from 12.000.000 - 16.000.000/month, negotiable according to capacity.
