About the Role



  • researching and analyzing data to better understand the market/ business context/ customer insight and develop well-informed IMC plans for clients

  • communication campaign planning

  • creative direction building (key message & key visual)

  • campaign running and managing

  • building the proposal beautifully and logically

  • other duties as assigned by manager


  • bachelor's degree in marketing/ branding/ communication or having basic knowledge about marketing/ branding/ communication

  • at least 6 months of experience working in similar planning role

  • good English, writing, presenting skills

  • communication skills, problem solving, teamwork as well as independence

  • hardworking and willing to learn

  • deliverables and open mindset

  • proficient in office tools (especially powerpoint/ keynote)

  • high pressure resistance


  • income from 84-144 million / year (from 2020 interstellar does not apply the 13th month salary policy); insurance and other policies as a general rule
