About the Role


Job Description

*During Pitching:


  • Research on target customer insight, habits, behaviors, and reach trends across Digital channels

  • Audit the performance of brands and competitors on Digital Media channels

  • Regularly research and grasp the trends of Digital Media channels, work closely with Media Buying Agencies contractors


  • Work closely with Strategic Planner, Creative Planner, Client Services, in proposing Media Buying plans based on insight, target audience behavior,and alignment with brand budgets, strategies, goals

  • Coordinate with Project Manager to control the quality of contractors' plans, ensure optimal efficiency, budget, unit price

*During the Execution:

  • Coordinate with Project Manager to develop a detailed implementation plan for Media Buying on digital channels (Tiktok, Facebook, Google Ads...)including: buying, tracking, optimizing, reporting & invoicing

  • Manage the implementation of the Media Buying plan of the contractors, evaluate the results periodically and at the end of the project

  • Monitor throughout the execution phase and optimize communication performance based on KPIs

  • Control and evaluate the final results of the project. Propose and implement performance improvement plans for subsequent campaigns

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager


  • Minimum 3-5 years of Media Buying experience, with experience in running Media Buying plans with a budget of 500 million or more

  • Having close relationships with the advertising, booking, measuring and evaluating units

  • Research, Analysis & Evaluation, Negotiation, Negotiation Skills

  • Logical thinking, good planning skills
