About the Role

  • Manage, build and lead the design team (3 - 5 people)

  • Design identity, media publications, key visuals, design orientation for campaigns (art direction building)

  • Coordinate with related departments to discuss, implement design ideas for customer's media publications, manage the design of projects, ensure the appropriate brand identity, campaign concept and market. tastes of the target customer

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Creative & Production Manager


  • Degree in Graphic Design or related disciplines

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of Graphic Design

  • Ability to build concept images

  • Good teamwork ability, ability to lead, control projects, develop team Have aesthetic taste, sensitive to beauty

  • Passion to create & experience new, cool things Have professional knowledge in general and branding in particular

  • Proficient in at least 2 Illustrator & Photoshop software

  • Capable of hand-drawing (wacom)

  • Ability to handle, solve problems, deadlines, high sense of responsibilit
