Job Description
Work directly with customers, detect customer needs; contribute to the completion of the products/ services packages of the business by meeting or anticipating customer needs, receiving information requested from customers and working with the internal team
Understand and effectively implement the process of reaching customers, consulting services, closing deal while supporting the implementation of tasks for customers, giving reliable feedback after sales, taking care of old customers to generate leads
Participate in consulting on communication/ marketing and branding activities with customers with appropriate budgets
Sign contracts, manage and coordinate the projects according to the plan
Lead the team to implement and complete the project.
Take care of relationship with strategic partners
Actively expand network, actively communicate and connect to bring new projects to the company
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications (mix) and branding (brands and campaigns)
Having experience in branding department of branding/BrandCom businesses or agencies is a plus
Deliverables mindset, business mindset, customer service mindset and open mindset
Has project management skills , leadership, team management and multitasking skill
