Job Description
Research on industry, brands, competitors, target customers, consumer trends
Define research objectives, plan and combine appropriate research methods (desk research, field trip, surveys)
Coordinate and manage the research implementation process
Process data after collection
Analyze the results, give key learnings, identify the opportunities and challenges of the brand from the research results, consult for the communication strategy
Conduct presentations, presentations to management and customers on the research when required
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Communications - Advertising - Market Research
MResearch, analysis & evaluation skills
Logical thinking, good planning skills, attention to detail
Proficiency in research methods (survey, field trips, in-depth interviews)
Good teamwork, ability to lead, control the project, develop the team
Hardworking,progressive , willing to learn and listen
Ability to work in high-pressure environments
Proficient in office tools:Excel/ PowerPoint
